How can I use the system?
To use the system you need to register with the respective service registered e-mail address and the appertaining password.
How long do I have to wait after paying until I can use the loaded amount of money?
You can use our services immediately following receipt of payment.
How does the clearance of payment methods work via call-back?
For your own protection we have set up a clearing process for the payment methods credit card and direct debit. If you decide in favor of one of the two payment methods, you will be required to verify your account data via your landline connection, and therefore be cleared for the selected method.
Process: after selecting the payment type and the credit package, please click on 'Continue'. Then enter your account details. Then confirm by pressing the 'Yes, please book now' button. On the next page you will be required to enter the number of your landline connection. After you have entered it, start the call-back by clicking on the 'Now request TAN and start call-back' button. Within the next few seconds you will receive a call in which you will be requested to use the telephone keypad to enter the clearance code, which is displayed on the website. To finish the payment procedure, please press the 'Pay now' button.

Do I need to use up my credit in one go?
Of course not. You can use your credit any number of times, and over several sessions.
How do I find out how much credit I still have?
Your respective credit is constantly displayed on the internet page, and up-dated after use. In the case of various services (e.g. telmy, fonworld), you can additionally arrange to have the remaining credit stated at the start of the call.
Will the connection automatically end once my credit has been used up?
Yes, the connection will be immediately cut as soon as your credit has been used up.
How often can I recharge my account?
You can reload your credit account at any time and as often as you like.
Will the telephone bill include a reference to the use of MEGA bill?
No! As a general rule, the telephone bill is not charged in addition.
Are the data I provide forwarded to third-parties?
Your data are forwarded to an external credit card review department solely for review purposes, and are treated in strict confidence there.
How long will my credit be valid for?
Your credit will fall under the state of limitations as part of the statutory requirements. If your account is not used (for 13 months) for the respective service, your talk credit will be subject to a processing fee of € 20 for closing the account. If you do not have any credit on your credit account, the processing fee will be waived.
